Can AITEZA replace DeepL for document translation?

AITEZA can replace DeepL if you mainly use it to translate Word, Excel, PowerPoint or PDF files: the layout is kept, and when you point AITEZA to a terminology list or earlier translations in your dataroom, it uses your technical terms, product names and proper names consistently. Whether you can cancel a separate subscription depends on what else you use it for. Translations in AITEZA are billed by consumption, like all AI usage.

What are the limits when AITEZA edits existing files?

AITEZA can edit, fill and translate existing files, but not password-protected or macro-enabled files. It changes text and values in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and PDF files without adding new sections, slides or rows to your template. Scanned PDFs without a text layer cannot be changed. AITEZA does not create new PDFs, but it does create new Word, Excel and PowerPoint documents in your company style.

Who sets the company design for documents created in AITEZA?

In AITEZA, your company's administrators set the document style for Word, Excel and PowerPoint, so new files follow your corporate design. For each format, they also decide whether people may use their own styles. This keeps proposals, reports and presentations consistent across the team, and Excel files come with working formulas.
