What is a prompt in AITEZA?

A prompt is an instruction for the AI, and in AITEZA you can save good prompts in the prompt library and reuse them. An example: summarise these minutes into decisions and open items. The clearer the instruction, the better the result. For each saved prompt, you decide whether only you, selected people or the whole company can use it.

Who can see my prompts in AITEZA?

In AITEZA, you decide for each prompt who can see it: only you, selected people or the whole company. Shared prompts help the team work to the same standard, for example with a proven instruction for summarising minutes or comparing proposals. Prompts use the open skill.md format, so they are not tied to AITEZA.

What is skill.md and why does AITEZA use it?

skill.md is an open format for AI work instructions that many AI tools can read, and AITEZA uses it so your prompts are not tied to AITEZA. Prompts you create and share in the AITEZA prompt library can therefore also be used in other AI tools. This protects the effort your team puts into good instructions.

What works well once, the whole team can use.

The best instructions for the AI often come about in passing and then get lost. In the prompt library, you save them with a title, a description and tags, and share them with colleagues or the whole company. Instead of hunting for the right wording, you pick the matching template in the chat.
