Check quality records without reading every document yourself.

Supplier certificates, material test reports, specifications and audits: quality management means checking documents against the same requirements again and again. AITEZA does this with workflows, delivers the result as a table and backs every statement with its source.

Use cases

How teams in this industry work with AITEZA.

01

Check supplier certificates automatically

The situation
Every week suppliers send certificates and mill test reports. Validity, referenced standards and values have to be checked against the specification.
How AITEZA helps
A workflow checks every new certificate against your criteria: validity, issuer, version of the standard and limits. Deviations appear in a table with a reference to the passage in the document.

Which supplier certificates expire in the next 90 days?

Three certificates expire: the ISO 9001 certificate of Example Metals Ltd on 30 November, the ISO 14001 certificate of Example Plastics Ltd on 15 December and the IATF 16949 certificate of a foundry supplier on 8 January. Workflow certificate review, 48 certificates

02

Compare test reports with the specification

The situation
Material test reports contain dozens of measured values. Whether they are all within tolerance is compared by hand today.
How AITEZA helps
AITEZA reads test reports and Excel measurement series exactly and compares them with the specification. Values out of tolerance are reported with their source.

Are the values in the test report for batch 2026 0412 within specification?

All but one. Tensile strength is 498 MPa, below the required minimum of 510 MPa. The other 17 characteristics are within tolerance. Test_report_batch_20260412.pdf, p. 2 and Specification_W1234.pdf, table 3

03

Prepare audits and answer questions on standards

The situation
Before an audit, procedures, records and standards have to be collected. Only a few experts can answer questions on the requirements.
How AITEZA helps
The quality manual, procedures and audit reports sit in one dataroom. AITEZA answers questions about them with sources and shows where a requirement is already covered. The audit log shows who asked what and when.

Where do we define the control of nonconforming products?

The control of nonconforming products is defined in procedure P 8.7. It covers labelling, the quarantine area, release by quality assurance and documentation in the complaints system. P_8.7_Control_of_nonconforming_products.docx, section 4
